There is a lot of psychobabble about illusion and reality. Most of it supposes the reality some guru is offering is less illusory than other realities. Enjoying a sunset is always a good thing to do, no matter which reality you choose. Beauty is a truth unto itself. You don't need a self help book to know and feel beauty.
